Title: Chemistry O/N 2003 mark scheme is not related??

hey..i was solving o/n 2003 paper 3 chemistry ..but when i checked the mark scheme to see if the answers are correct the mark scheme asnwers were not related at all to the questions  ???...any suggestions ?

hmm, ithink therez aproblem with downloaded past papers for the 3003 oct/nov papers as it is showing errors.
