Title: May exam's IT question.

I got a mail saying this :

          Web-based cruise booking system



The question paper will contain a full description of a computer-based sample project based on the the general scenario given above. Candidates will answer questions on the sample project.


What does it mean?(explanation)

It's O-level not IGCSE, sorry I can't help you with that.
But read the scenario as they have said "candidates may consider the scenario in preparation for the actual exam"
also try solving past exam papers of paper 3 and checking them from the mark schemes (if any are present).
