how do u compare the fat content between two biscuits?
and how do u test for fat in them too co u like have to crush them first or just add ethanol or what?

yes it does at the bottom there is alot of links look for IGCSE written click on it and then you get every subject ever introduced in the history of igs!!!!!

u gotta do the whole fat test......then the test tube or the sample with more turbidity has more fat content

Turbidity is a measure of the degree to which the water looses its transparency due to the presence of suspended particulates.....in this case fat particulates

Take two equal pieces of the biscuits in a test tube, and either crush them or break them into smaller pieces. Add ethyl alcohol to the two test tubes along with water. Tube with colour change first or more has more fat content.

Note that the appearance is cloudy and milky so its better if u say that the tube with the more coludy appearance.

there is the drawing pisecs

DESCRIPTION

air is inhaled through X so air will be bubbled through lime water in A
Then exhale through X so air will be bubbled through lime water in B
RESULTS
- Clear in A
- Milky in B
