Title: Can i get A in p4?
Post by: Jerry_LA on May 18, 2009, 01:10:04 pm
I think i will lose about 15 marks in the Maths exam.(paper4)
But every1 think the exam is very simple.
So,will the CIE increase gt to very high level?
for eaxmple :because of the simple question ,we need to obtain over 90% marks to get A?

nah  definetly, not shd be below 70%. Since its easy though i guess around the 69% mark. Ive done easier papers than this and  i dont think the grade threshold was ever above 70%. Youve got to remember there are many people doing the paper around the world and not everyone will find the paper easy ..

Grade boundaries depend on first , how hard the paper was and also how ppl did on it. They dont set them before the exam ands ay right 90 % is going to be an A,no it depend son the preformance of ppl.
