Abracadabra. (http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/GCE%20New%20GCE/International-spec-Physics.pdf) :P
Though it's no magic, the site is awful in terms of navigation but here are the pages for A-Level Chemistry (http://www.edexcel.com/quals/gce/gce08/chemistry/Pages/default.aspx), A-Level Physics (http://www.edexcel.com/quals/gce/gce08/physics/Pages/default.aspx) and A-Level Mathematics (http://www.edexcel.com/quals/gce/gce08/maths/Pages/default.aspx); The syllabus is under Specification.

You mean the Physics one? Well, if they don't have it then idk :D Wayyyy easier finding the syllabus/'specification' for CIE.

Edexcel introduced its latest specification in 2008 for first assessment in 2009. Unlike CIE, Edexcel does not introduce a new specification each year but instead we use the latest specification introduced. Therefore, if we r doing Edexcel we will hav to follow the 2008 specification unless a new one's introduced by them.
The links that Chingoo has provided r right. You can find the specifications listed below 'Specification'.
