Title: specialisation[bussiness]

helo..

just need some advantages of specialisation for countries as a whole....can some 1 help..?

ok...sorry...no one comes here much since exams just got over....i'll try my best to help u
1.when a country specializes they have the benefit of comparitive advantage
2.exports will increase might correct the balance of payment deficit
3.export revenue will help the country earn foreign revenue
4.employment could increase

* efficient resorce allocation
* higher GDP per head (with shift in PPC)
* specialisation leads to international trade (better markets/prices)
* internal & external economies of scale
