Dear Users, im 16 (female), living in dubai I currently finished my IG's ( results didnt come out yet), i'm planning to study both Biology and Chemistry during summer, but the book itself is confusing, does anyone have any notes for the 4 units? Can i just study the notes during summer and cover the whole syllabus before school starts again? but ill take the exam in june like other students, i just want to reduce stress since i suffer from anxiety and dipression.. can you supply me with notes or just anything or tips thanks! how many hours i sohuld study/?
The book is Edexcel biology AS C J Clegg (hodder education)
1-Lifestyle, health and risk
2-Cells, genes and health
3- the voice of the genome
4-Biodiversity and natural resources

First of all, just relax. Don't stress your self. You have lots of time. :D
*I recommend the AS Student Book by Ann Fullick and using the AS Biology revision guide. Make sure you have the syllabus:

Don't be stressed!
Everyone has their own different technique of studying.
I make my notes according to the syllabus using both textbook and revision guide. :)
Edit: Reading the whole textbook is very important.

Um...Sorry...But may i ask..are you done with unit 1 and 2?
About how to study..
The best thing as kitty mentioned..read the book and make "your" notes...
Notes from different resources are also very helpful..but try to make notes for the main points yourself as that way you will remember more..
P.S. I am also studying AS bio this summer :D
