thanks mate cz i thought they were from the edexcel it self cz as i remember last year they published some sample questions before the june 2010 exam

however i think those questions are very complicated and i dont think many of that type questions will come

am think 1 thing might come u know this in unit 2

production of protein in ribosome
transported to rough endoplasmic reticulum
a vesicle then is formed  from the rough endo....... and would fuse to the golgi apparatus where specific adjustments are made such as addition of carboydrate. A secondary visicle is then budded of from the golgi apparatus containing the protein. This vesicle fuses to the cell membrance releasing the content by exocytosis
