Title: Extreeeemeellyy tough qs !!
Post by: ikh on June 02, 2011, 11:46:37 am
Please solve the Physics Unit 5 question 14 (a) from the Sample Assessment (Attached).

It is extremely difficult and the marking scheme does not help.

I have the following qs
1. When calculating gradient does it make a difference if the x and y values are in the log form.
2. Also do you assume k to be equal to the gradient.

Please show the working while solving.

If you take A-level Math, I guess you'll be able to understand this quite easily!

See the attachment and I hope you get this!

The question is quite tough and I didn't get it in the 1st go either.

Just read the question 2/3 times and read the mark scheme answer and I am sure you'll get it! :D

*You don't need to use log again. The values in the graph are already in log form.

*n is the gradient here! :)
