when will the results be released?

but we don't have any USername/password to access the website.
is it given by the school or the British Council?(username and password)

yeah i didn't get'em too
but every year my I get my results on the same date from my school

That's because CIE also sends the results to school in an e-mail format for all students who had appeared.

Good to know this :)
makes it easier for us, beacuse on results day, website will just be too slow for human use :P

Yes, it is overloaded on that day. You'll experience it. :P
