Sorry- that's not a homophone either.
They're both pronouced differently, and both more or less have the same meaning.
advice- The C in the advice is pronounced as SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, like a snake hissssssssing.
advise- the S in advise is is pronounced as ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. so its like adviZed
