Title: A2 Edexcel Physics Doubts! Please help me!

Hi all,

I have collected my doubts from A2 Edexcel Physics new past papers. Please help me out with them! I'm completely self-studying my A-levels cos my teachers are of no help at all!!!!!!!
I know I could have posted them in the 'Edexcel Physics thread' but I making this new thread to avoid confusion!

The answer for part (a) is within range of 38-57mm but I have no idea how to do it!

According to MS: answer is 5.8 x 10^22 molecules! I got is as 6.4 x 10^22 molecules :S

The (b) part!

you can find acceleration from this formula
acceleration=radius x (angular velocity)^2
a=r(w^2)
as u can see the diagram is drawn to scale! which means u can measure the radius from the diagram with your scale!
and the angular velocity you have calculated in the above a) part
