Title: For Edexcel Bio unit 6B prep. is it also worth practicing CIE paper 5?? plz help
Post by: MKh on May 05, 2011, 01:56:06 pm: So we all are already aware that A-level Edexcel and CIE specifications are 95% same...i am preparing for the Edexcel Bio unit 6b exam...there are very few past papers to practice....only the Sample Assessment paper, May/june 2010 and Jan 2011 paper....are there any old Edexcel specification past papers for this same practical paper??..... If yes, what is the paper name and from where do I get those pps?..... does anybody have them?..... if yes, can u plz upload them??....any suggestions?? plz......also there is this CIE paper 5-planning, analysis and evaluation....is it worth practicing this paper also?? anybody doing CIE A level Biology or Edexcel plz help me in this matter....also anybody doing CIE A level Biology, do u have any past papers for this paper?? can u plz upload them?? many thnxx to all...

I do CIE Biology & I guess it might be useful & helpful for you. But, I advice you to stick to the experiments in your specification. Good luck!

Post by: guMnam on May 17, 2011, 09:03:50 pm: i dont think its a good idea to do cie papers caz althou specification is very similar many things arent it is surely helpfull but why do u stik to edexcel and do the old syllabus papers.... just my opinion
