Hello
I am planning to home study AS biology in these summer holidays and give exams in next January
Can anyone suggest some good text-books for AS biology edexcel board
And also some useful tips would be helpful... :)
Thx

First of all go to the edexcel official site which is www.edexcel.com and select "Qualifications", then select "GCE from 2008" under "GCE", then select "Biology" under "Subjects", then select "Resources" under "Overview" on the left-hand side of the page, then look at the resouces available for AS Biology- there is this AS Student's book with Free Activebook and also a revision guide available. These books are distributed by Edexcel so get the barcode number of those of your interest and buy them from where they are available in your country.
Also download the specification which is available on the site itself.
GOOD LUCK!!

Are you doing retakes for January exam or is this your first year in AS biology?

First year

There's SNAB and the regular version. Which one are you doing?
-
I don't take Bio but my friend said that the Edexcel student's book is very useful :)
-
The regular one
^^ Yeah, I will use that one, thanks :)

You're welcome :)

According to my friends,
The Hodder Education book for Biology is NOT helpful.
The one from Edexcel by Ann Fullick is amazing.
