Title: Need help in a maths question :)

Hey guys ! i came across a circle theorm question and i have no idea how to figure it out , help would be appreciated

17-a-   BOC = 90-38 = 52 (perpendicular bisector of AB, BOD= 90 )

b- CBO = (180-2) / 2 = 64 ( OB = OC = Radius of circle)

c- angle E = 19, why? COD = half CED
therefore EDO = 180 - ( 90+ 19) = 71
