Title: Posts and PMs in the last 5 days are deleted

The posts in the forum since the last 5 days are deleted. I noticed this because I didn't see my latest PMs  in my inbox. Later when I had a look at my posts, all posts since last 5 days disappeared.

EDIT: Avatars too.

Yes data for the past week has been lost and that is because the backup was a week old. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

All previous attachments from this forum has been deleted and no more attachments can be uploaded. I'm attracting the attention of Mr. Paul to this..

oh no,
There were loads of notes on sf and resources and past papers...
There should be a way to get them back.
