Title: Forum hacked

I spotted something this morning. There were 3 pieces of malicious code in various files. I removed them. Will try and make sure this does not happen again.

I couldn t access the forum for the last 2 days (I think )
I sent a pm on The Student Room to AriBenCanaan

All the websites on the server were hacked. We are looking at it now.

do they collect things like emails+ other personal info ... when they hack into forums ?

Or do they just do it for the fun of winding ppl up?
