should I retake IGCSE?
i got D and E for some subjects
not sure that still a pass

It depends on you, if you think you can do better than sure go ahead,

but for this better, you have to work really really hard...

Yes. D and Es are not a good grade. You should get above C in all subjects for it to be a pass.
