Title: may/june 2009 IT practical paper 2

when i import the file j9sales.csv an error comes up and some dates are left blank. when i tried editing the csv file to remove the #### symbols that keep appearing, i cant save the changes and therefore the values are not copied corretly to the database!! how do i copy the file correctly?? plzz help
