Anyone??????????????

here u go :)

here u go :)
Thanks Amber... ;)
-
anytime :D
-
hey amber, y is ther no voltmeter on your circuit?
-
cause there is no voltmeter in the circuit
-
theres is a voltmeter connected to the power source, but the contact S is not connected to anything in the circuit, check the figure again
-
y is the wire hanging in the air? erm i mean:P
according to the cie mark scheme there is a voltmeter.... could somebody PLEASE try again?
-
here u go :)
I dont think this is the right answer..?
-
what's the variable resistor doing in the circuit? I don't think it says to put one in the circuit....
-
cause there is no voltmeter in the circuit
Connect the volmeter to the midpoint of AB with an arrow to show that you can move the connecting point/.
-
The cylinder completely covers the marks on the metre rule. Describe, with the aid of
a diagram, how you would judge that the centre of the cylinder is directly above the
10.0 cm mark.
- how do u do that?
-
this question wsa answered by me before. you should get the relevant post by typing in the exam paper in the search box.
ahh yeah, here's the post
Paper 6 *Sciences* Information for Students..(2009)

godfather i cant find the link ur talkin about..im having the same problem as well in the paper 6 may june 08 question 1(b) ...the question on how the cylinder completely covers the metre rule...pls answer asap..
-
it's the first post on this page that is pinned and has a dark background
-
You could look at the markings either side of the weight so there are the same number on both sides of the centre of the weight all markings are symmetrical about the centre.
-
This is the write drawing:-
-
this is the right circuit:-(right answer)
-
No it is not You are connecting the voltmeter across the whole external circuit but it only has to go from one terminal of the power supply to the midpoint of AB.
-
june, u hit it head-on!! ;D
dat Q came in this xam, the one bout cylinder nd thingy, tho i got it wrong :{
-
ohhhh my god guys guess what that cylinder question came out in my paper today..i was so happy tht i looked for the answer to tht ..well i wrote tht u wud look at the measurments on both sides of the cylinder and divide it by 2 to get its centre..i hope i got it right..
