Title: PC
Post by: The Golden Girl =D on January 16, 2011, 07:03:44 pm
well the PC in my brother's room is NOT working not even a bit ,and I'm seriously concerned since ALL the past papers that I have downloaded are OVER there.

I Open the PC ,and it just works for a few minutes and then it just ,I don't know how to say it but in Arabic it's yi3alig ..... meaning it's just doesn't work ,you know.

I restart it *by clicking the start button on the CPU ,cuz no other way T_T * ,and as I said it works for a few minutes and then dies.

I think it has some DEADLY type of virus , and My brother is blaming ME since I downloaded SO many files -_-

P.S. what on earth is Wrong with it ? ...don't tell me to FORMAT cuz I'll seriously DIE ,since I desperately and so badly am in NEED of these files.

Thanks In Advance =]

Did you say it works for some time and dies?

So you mean you can see the windows desktop and everything? - until it dies?

What mode of internet to you use? Like I use a Data Card and something of this sort ALWAYS happens if I connect my pc to the net.

Frankly, I dont have any other ideas. Thought I'd suggest your RAM must've gone loose, because it always gives an error while booting. Considering you can see the desktop, this is out of question.

run linux ubuntu OS from a USB..

make a bootable USB which contains linux ubuntu OS, and then run ubuntu OS without installing (LIVE CD).
if u find hard to make bootable USB, then burn into a CD, and it will be a LIVE CD, and u can run the OS without installing it.
then u can find all ur files, make a backup of the files (relief), and then u can repair windows or something when free or format (now it wont be a problem, since u backup up the files).
