No, actually you dont need them because the format has changed MASSIVELY.
Even the syllabus and style of questions has been modified.
Do the more current papers .... that should more than enough.
I did IGCSE Accounting so I should know.

No official answers/mark schemes were ever published for those question papers. How are you going to check your answers ?
You would be simply wasting your time doing such papers.
Like I said, concentrate on the latest papers and do some GCE-O Level past papers if you have time; especially for Company Accounts.
