This is the topic for the Physics P12 Oct/Nov 2010 Discussions. Please do not discuss the questions before 24 hours :)
On the whole i thought personally that P12 was a tough but do-able paper. You guys?

I would just like to reiterate what RatJumper just said :
Discussions regarding details of the exam are not allowed until 24 hours have transpired.

Hehe Ari just preceded me. :D
Anyway that was one of the longest MCQ paper I ever did. Did not even have time to revise. :-[
I finished in exactly one hour.
Like all those before me specified : NO DISCUSSIONS UNTIL 24HRS. ;D

I wonder if paper 12 and paper 13 is the same(like you said yesterday), only the question number is different, am i right? If that is so, the first round, i only did 30/40 question..spent my time for 10 of the questions :)

Nah, different variants may have slightly different questions. Numerical values may be different and one or two questions may be completely different.

Well, for June they were all the same except that they were not in the same order.
Maybe this time they changed most of the questions. Nevertheless they need to keep all the variances to the same level which implies having most of the questions from similar chapters.
However we can't say this for sure. Perhaps CIE has made a little surprise this year. ;D

29/40 needed for A,
Its been like this for the most recent papers, i'm pretty sure it won't change. Difficulty is about the same for may/june

Personally in think June papers were much easier. ;D
But nevertheless I don't think the threshold to get an A will decrease so much. :-\
32/40 will be fair. ;)
