Try here (http://studentandtech.blogspot.com/2010/11/great-collection-of-igcse-ict-notes-for.html) as well.
It is a site specific for IGCSE for CIE but could help for EDEXCEL as well.
And here (http://www.igcseict.info/) is another website for you. ;)
Hope it helps :)

I sat for Computer Studies (0420) Syllabus :
Paper 1 - Theory (Computer Studies - 2.5 Hours)
Paper 2 - Project Work (Software for an organization - this is to be submitted before the dead line.)
There is no third paper, and I think 1, 2 and 3 are the variants (components) of paper 1 which you are talking about. Computer Studies have 11, 12 and 13 as variants of the same paper (Paper 1). Countries are divided by zones and these variants are set according to the zones. In India, they have 2nd Variant i.e if you talk about the CS theory paper, it is 12. You don't need to worry about this, your school has to worry.
Click here to check the zone in which your country lies. (http://www.cie.org.uk/profiles/exams_officers/exam_timetables/profiles/exams_officers/keytimes/adminzones/index_html)
