First of all, you need to know if you can even afford such a hefty expenditure. Studying from the US is not only expensive, it is an entirely different experience and means that you have to consider many factors like culture, family and your own personal satisfaction. You may need to work there, live in dorms or shared apartments, even with foreign families at times. You have to ask your family and yourself before thinking of going abroad. As for India, which I assume is your home country; ask around, ask your career adviser--he should be able to guide you.

Secondly, you will not be able to attain a Masters' degree before a Bachelors' degree. You should also ask your career adviser for the courses being taught at Bachelor level to suit your field, e.g. BBA.

If u plan to stay in India then i recommend to do your Bachelor's degree in India. That's because India is way ahead of US for education in Bachelor's and do your Master's in US. You may continue in India also but the job priority may be greater to US students (in small companies, joint ventures and organisations only).
