Dude, whole of it. :P You're noo idea how crazy it is. :P Actually, except the 'posh' areas, mostly everywhere. And yeah the music is annoying. :P NO OFFENCE TO ANYBODY! ;)

I know that man, was just annoying! These days, they only bear navratri of dandya/garba, they don't think it to be of a spritual holy commence.
