Q23) u draw a tangent on point (1,2) then take 2 points from that line u drew and do the formula (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) ... (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = to your gradient

i really wasnt at help in this doubt sorry dude ....

16.using pthygs throm
srry cant type prop hands hurt from ritng
5sq-3sq=16
sqroot de 16 = 4 so evry 4m a aple tre
thus 400/4+1
=26 tres

 cherry only 25 as arrangement is "pshed" to right

i guess hyebyekadal forgot to do something....

the distance between to apple trees is 8 not 4......4 is the half!

so it is going to be 400/8+1 >>>not 100% sure (check the MS)

it will be 44.44444444.....so full number of apple trees will be 45

as for the cherry....it will be 400/8

which is 50.....so there will be 50 cherry tree

p.s: plz check the mark scheme cuz im not fully sure!!!!

THATS IT!!

i found my mistake.......sry i wasnt thinkin back then (im hungry)

its 400/80 = 50 trees + 1 (at the beginning

so the apple trees are = 51 tree

forgot wt i wrote up there lol

1st v solve by pythagoras rule...to find the distance between the apple trees..
x=root of<52-32>
x=4
*by 2 cz notice v calculated half the distance....therefore...total distance between each apple tree=8
then 400/8=50...n den v add 1..50+1=51 <since for 50 parts the trees r on both sides whch = 51>
Apple trees=51

Cheery trees = 50
<this is bcz in each part there is only 1 cherry tree<in middle of two apple trees>,,therefore,,50 parts,,50 cherry trees>

hope this helps :)
