Is taking english at A Lvel neccesary for engineerign at university of cambridge?

For studying in the UK, usually you require some sort of English accreditation. Although there is no need to study English A-Level (and I wouldn't suggest so since it is pretty hard), if you studied English in GCSE/IGCSE/O-Level and achieved a grade C and higher, you are usually eligible to apply. Other than that, English language tests like IELTS and TOEFL can be taken to fulfill your English language requirement.
