Title: A2 AICT Specimen paper 4 practical help

I need help with the following:
# For Task A, Q5 do I need to design a label of my own?

# Task C
 What do they mean by “Call up the test dates records” of the first point and how do I do it?
Also how do I “……distinguish between first test from repeating tests, adding a field to the form letter ……..”.

And for Task C, do I need to create new tables (Access) or use the ones prepared in task A and B?
