Title: Further Math (Additional) textbooks request

Hi!
I've found plenty of useful revision material here, and other things like textbooks too.
But I can't seem to find the following textbooks anywhere: S4, FP3, M5, and D2 (all Edexcel).
I would appreciate it if someone could upload a copy of the livetext if they have it, or if they've got a PDF of it or something. Thanks.
