Go offline, shut down the PC, and don't come back. Simple.  :P

Normally, you get an answer in the same category your question falls.

Blocking will make that 'someone' not be able to send you PMs. But I don't think you can really avoid anyone's posts, technically.

Apart from my 100% effective way, you have no choice.

You will HAVE to see who posted to know if that's the member you're trying to avoid.
And knowing you, once you see who posted, there'll be an inward force pushing you to read the post.  :P
