Title: TELL US UR PC SPECS!!!

ill start.......my pc broke down and i got a new one! :D :D :D
mine is an intel core 2 duo 2.93 GHz with 2GB RAM and *gasp* 1TB (1000GB) hard disk!
and 18.5" HP LCD :D

i made it last year in august
then i upgraded my video card only.

Damn! I love everything about the computer apart from the speakers and the sound card!

Its just plain awesome! The best speakers are from bose or Altech Lansing By the way....

The original Altech Lansing aren't available in Pakistan and even if they are, they are too expensive.

only minuspoint processor > u should have gotten a quad core CPU... core 2 duo isnt bad tho

If I had gone for a Quad Core CPU, then it would have been very expensive and I couldn't have done other upgradings... These specs are good for me because I don't usually play games on it. I have a Core i5 Sony Laptop for games. But I still feel that Quad Core was a better choice for the desktop.

500Gb HDD 5200rpm (it's horribly slow, it takes too much time to load office, photoshop or batch edit hundreads of images. But it's OK to boot, not that slow)
3GB RAM (pretty sure it's single channel)

It's OK to run old games from DX9 + WinXP era, but most of the time dynamic effects such as shadows and AA must be disabled, else it kills frame rate. I wish I could replace the screen for OLED and HDD for SSD :-\
