Afghanistan (officially the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) is a landlocked country in South and Central Asia. With a population of about 28 million, it has an area of 647,500 km², making it the 42nd most populous and 41st largest nation in the world. It is bordered by Pakistan in the south and east [note], Iran in the west, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the north, and the People's Republic of China in the far northeast. The territory that now forms Afghanistan has been an ancient focal point of the Silk Road and human migration. Archaeologists have found evidence of human habitation from as far back as 50,000 BC. Urban civilization may have begun in the area as early as 3,000 to 2,000 BC.

Afghanistan is a multiethnic society. The population of the country is divided into a wide variety of ethnolinguistic groups.

The culture of Afghanistan has been around for over two millenniums, tracing record to at least the time of the Achaemenid Empire in 500 BCE. Afghanistan translates to the "place of Afghans" or "land of the Afghans" in the nation's official languages, Pashto and Dari (Persian). It is mostly a nomadic and tribal society, with different regions of the country having their own tradition, reflecting the multi-cultural and multi-lingual character of the nation.

Damnnn, you belong to the country of Osama Bin Laden, LOOOOOL, Idc about that man, mate, but I love Afghans now :P :D....I'm sooo glad I've an Afghan for a friend, more so cos its you :P :D
I don't call myself a Bangladeshi, I was born and brought up in Oman, and I keep telling my parents that I am the daughter of two Bangladeshis :P. I miss Oman from the depth of my heart and I JUST LOVED it there. But now that I've come here, I hope I can adjust and develop some love for this place. :P To be honest, Bangladesh is beautiful, I mean its just amazingly pretty but annoyingly, overcrowded. :P
The most interesting thing about this place is how you see people fight each day for literally everything, but that they still don't lose the spirit of life and move on. Anyways, more facts later.
So Imma post about both BD (li'l) and Oman (a lot :P)
