Title: Classifieds area

Open a new board in Student Forum (not a child board), for classifieds.
So everyone can sell their textbooks and stuff over here (sort of informal)
It will help many - example, i want to sell my textbooks and stuff, so there are many people from UAE, who use the forum, so i can easily sell.
SF should not be responsible for any stuff to be on safe-side, but they can put a classifieds board.
