CPA is the professional accounting body.
Is anyone know what is the best timing to study it? Any suggestion?

I am sorry. I have no idea myself on it. Don't worry, I will ask someone who can help yuh! :D

Idk much about it either since it's pretty American. However, this (http://www.calcpa.org/content/licensure/requirements.aspx) may help

The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a valuable credentialthat attests to your in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including applicable laws and regulations. Because many holders of the CPA in private practice devote a considerable portion of their time to preparing and filing tax returns, both business and individual, many members of the general public erroneously assume that this is the major focus of the profession.
My suggestion is that you turn the question around from "What are good ways to study?" and change the question to, "How do I learn best?" :D

What do you mean timing? I think every time is the best time to be an accountant and/or CPA. Even amidst the recession and economic downfall there would still be a need for CPA.
