Title: Computer Project

Hello!
its my final year and now we have to make our computer project, namely

So, i need your help to let me proceed. I am learning to use MS Access, but can anyone give me a sample project like this one on the same topic preferably.

please i need your much help to make a outclass project, so that i may get 50 out of 50 :).
