If anyone knows anything about filesharing can they please tell me.

What are you looking for? Someone who can set up a tracker for torrents? Someone who understands the GNUtella network so they can create a dedicated program for FEP?
Or just someone who has a broad understanding (me ::))?
Depending on what you're looking for, I might be able to help.

The tracker is set up. I have difficulty seeding. I want someone with a broad understanding to help me.

Is www.freeetextbooks.com where the problem is?
I've no idea about your computer experience, but I'm gonna guess it's reasonable, considering someone has managed to find and set up open source tracker software at FTB (if I've guessed wrongly, I may ask over simplified/complicated questions).
I can think of loads of possible problems. Are you getting any particular error messages? Are you suspecting problems with the server/tracker or yourself (or both)?

When i log into the filesharing site I am shown connectable. My ports are open but I cant get anything to seed.

This may be a silly question, but is there anyone trying to download from you? It's just that I can't see any torrents there, so I assume no one else can...hence nobody will be downloading (I may be wrong).
Usually clients give a reason for no seeding (e.g. Azureus has little smiley faces which, when hovered over, give information. There is also a status column, again in Azureus.) What client are you using?
