Post by: nid404 on June 04, 2009, 11:34:25 am: Say whatever u think abt Bollywood and the actors. I won't say anything cuz some of them r really dumb..but there r some good ones too(both movies and actors)

I just want to know the movies ull have seen so i know how popular hindi movies r among u guys elsewhere

emi
billu barber
delhi - 6
dostana
singh is kinng
rab ne bana di jodi
more......

the name is very very familiar, so i must have seen it.
well, i watch all my movies online so u know i haven't seen any hindi movie lately in the cinemas (except when i come to india).

well, personally i mainly like comedy actors like Akshay kumar, sanjay dutt, amitabh bachan (the big B of Bollywood) and others like Paresh Rawal and so on.
i never really saw anything special about shah rukh khan. Aamir khan is a very good actor.

I liked Shahrukh in Chak De and Swades......Aamir was too good in Rang De Basanti and Hrithik in Lakshya and Jodhaa Akbar(which i have still not seen but he got some award for it)
Priyanka was good in Fashion and John and abhishek rocked dostana

poor Dany Boyle. he repeatedly says that slumdog's a british film but ppl......pity him.

phir hera pheri was the follow up of the actual real classic hera pheri.

@nid and Adi - did u know that most of Bollywood successful comedy movies r from the malayalee producer Priyadarsan. Frankly speaking i prefer the malayalam ones cause they r even more hilarious.

Garam masala is a very good comedy, although some of it doesn't really make sense.

Some dud movies also come up like Love story 2050(didn't see it). Jaane tu ya jaane na was okaish but i don't like romantic stuff....does not go with my tomboyish image..
