what's the "Sabbath-rest" mean for the people?

Ummmm, I don't know hebrew. Perhaps those who know arabic can answer your question.

Sabbath means seventh in hebrew. Hence the Senventh Rest Day.
God created the world in 7 days and rested on the Sabbath day. Thus, no work should be done on that day; you should rest.
This is shared by christians and Jews alike.
