The type of CALCULATORS that should be used!!

<< < (5/25) > >>

sanity_master:
i've done some research but im not sure of the results.....on MS and ES

MS are the calculators that are developed from the ordinary calculators (the not scientific ones) so i guess MS= Modern Scientific

the ES are the newly made calculators, so i guess ES = Electronic scientific

P.S:: those conclusions are mine, so if they r wrong blame no one but me (LOL)

SGVaibhav:
anyone who has done his studies and can donate his time, plz do this

write down the models which are allowed (there might be around 10) and just paste a link to them
that will be kool

thanx for the conclusion
i have never used ES, and i personally prefer MS, because i have been using that from quite a long time (from around 3 to 4 years)
i have to betray my 991 MS  :'( :'( :'(

sanity_master:
i've been using ES and MS since the first minute i bought my first scientific calculator (about 5-6 years from nw) :D

y dont u just compare the calc u got with the prohibited rules up there.....if any of the stated ones is in ur calc then u cnat use it....if its clean.....then no need to betray it :D

Ghayth:
The best calculator for IGCSE Exams is the Casio FX-82 it has everything you need for IGCSE and for sure examiners will not have problems with it . :)

sweetsh:
So after all these conversations . Is fx-350ES allowed? My teacher said yes but just want to check. And Im trying to reach my british council to get any additional information about that
