Help please ;( .. it wont let me download?

I've been trying to download papers for the past 2 days but everytime i click on the paper and just as im about to download this is what i get..
I used to always download without any problems.. whats the problem now?? ???

Directory has no index file.
Browsing this site or directory without an index file is prohibited.

If you are the site's webmaster, you can remedy this problem by creating a default HTML page with one of the following names:

    * index.html
    * index.htm
    * default.htm
    * Default.htm
    * home.html
    * Home.chtml

NOTE: Filenames are case sensitive, i.e., Home.html is not the same as home.html

Can you post a link to the file you want? I will try it. I have tried it and they are downloading for me but post a link.
