  i want any one who is expert in the field of igcse to fully explain for me the 12 levels of distinction because i am truly confused and how do some people reach the stage of top on the world or top on the country or other according to the 12 distinctions ( how do we reach them in general ? )..... ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Now as far as your question is concerned, you don't need to worry about the Levels of Distinctions. That is not the thing for you to worry about, its the headache for CIE. They may have their own criteria for granting Distinctions about which the information is not disclosed by them.

You should study extremely hard and feel confident that you can score full marks in all the subjects. Only then, I think, there might be some chances of getting distinction.

When you are at par with another compete-ting candidate, when it comes to A Levels and SATs, (which almost always happens) you IGCSE grades will be a crucial deciding factor.

I am not sure of the source of this knowledge, but I am quite sure it is authentic, just gotta find which site I got it from.

Thanks both of u but it was mentioned that all students admitted to MIT have earned some form of international, national, state or regional distinction in many areas, so i just asked 4 dat, A level results are crucial i know that so i m working harder than my igcse, still i think they may take my rank of igcse in consideration. still help me out in this.!!! plz .....
