The red code is the year and month in yymm format i.e. 0901 or 0906 or 1001 etc... NB: the month will always be 01 or 06 regardless whether it's a February or May exam.
The green code is the exam code i.e. 6663_01 or 6678_01 or 6241_01 etc...The orange code is the date of the exam in yyymmdd format so it could be 20090618 or 20100114 or 20080519 etc...The black code never changes and remains constant for all the URLs.
Here is an example for a C1 Maths Paper from January 2010:

The red code is the same as before. In yymm format, it is the year and month the exam is sat in. As before it is always 01 or 06 for the month. The green code is the exam code again as before. The blue code varies. It is usually msc when the MSs are just released but they are changed to rms after a while. The orange code is different to before. It is the date that the Mark Scheme was released. This requires a lot of guess work most of the time however there is a loop program which can do all the guess work for you. It is written by a TSR user and I will try to see if it is still available and attach it if I find it...Here is an example for you again: It is the C1 January 2010 MS...
