I think it differs between countries, but you should check the Edexcel website.

are u guys expecting cie results or edexcel results? whether i am from a different country, i would like to know if edexcel results are released on 12th of august

all edexcel results are going to be out on the 19th....it might differ if you don't have the code which allows access to your own results in resultsPlus...edexcel sends the code to all the centres for all the candidates..
