Hello all,

Just got here via freeetextbooks.com, i love the idea. Too bad there arent too many users yet as far as I can see but keep it up. I'll contribute what I can.

My IB exams start in 63 hours, anyone else?

freeetextbooks.com has 2000 torrents to download. It has 3500 members I am told, after about 2 months of proper operatin. It is going ok. They will probably need a year before it becomes a major website.

Ah yeah i noticed it had quite a few torrents. I only had a quick look, and as far as I saw they were all uploaded by admin, so i concluded there were no major contributors among the members.

Only 2 months, that's pretty good. I hope it works out :) I'll make sure people around here know about it, all students in my school are required to have laptops so if there's anything up there that's useful to them or if they get any new digital materials i'm sure the tracker will come in handy!

I reckon about 15 of the torrents have been uploaded by the members. I think the biggest etracker, bitme.org, has only about 25,000 torrents. I dont think it would take much to beat them.

Hmm interesting, i've never heard of these sites before. I can't get into bitme without an invite though :(
