Symptoms:
1. I watched Goong again.
2. I have one whole list to watch after Coffee Prince.
3. I'm neglecting my studies.

Oh ... Girl , You know it took me a HARD time to let go since I was an Addict ....
But what helped is the following :
1.I asked god to help me.
2.My sisters were yelling at me and kicking me out of the computer room if i got Caught

3.I was reminded by how WRONG and the negative EVERY SINGLE day
4.Dad was ALWAYS reminding me that it is does NO good to me.
5.at the last few months before i Quit I used to Quit and then get back ...over and over but then the last 3 months I used to feel really GUILTY when i used to feel Uncomfortable and Unhappy when I watched it.
6. I told myself why LIVE in this HELL of mine and just simply Quit
7.Subhanah Allah I STARTED HEATING it for REAL
That's how I Quit :S
