Age discrimination in Job recruitment?

I agree with that. Look at Germany this world cup. Everybody predicted they would not go far with average 23 y/o players. But they did well and get the third place.

ok true Germany 's young team is really good...but. doesnt necessarily mean all the others hv good young teams as well ;)

in Sociology IGCSE i studied a topic abt DISCRIMINATION in Britain ,and it said that old ppl used to face discrimination based on their ages cuz younger employees felt that the *old ppl * won't be able to keep up with the new technology machines + they wanted the employees to be more energetic & active and willlin to work for the job (old ppl some times get to have a day off or smthn for their health ,u see )
But thankfully the government made laws against discrimination based on Age ,Gender and Ethnicity .However Discrimination still exists .
