Yes that is a flaw i admit.

But there are 9 weak students compared to 3 or 2 top ones,usually,in a grade...it would be statistically reasonable to work hard on the majority if we want to root out future great men.

It everyone is made equally good, even though they are lacking in themselves, then who will be the workers?

We need to realise that we need a lower, middle and upper class to sustain an economy,

A division is important for the sustainability of the economy.

What I want is everyone to get an equal chance, but that means the facilities that they get, whether the students opt to study is a matter for their parents and themselves.

Equality is important for sustainability of the economy.It means More consumers will have a high disposable income which they could use on other goods and services thereby generating demand for yet more goods..Firms looking to exploit this will invest more thus bring benefits in the Long run.

Eduction is the HEART of an economy, government should not look whether the student wants to study or not.Fact is , economy needs him.
