ok, my sir had the book, so one of my mates scanned all the papers. I didn't get enough time earlier to upload this. Anyway, it really helps sometimes. And I'm sorry for all the inconvenience, cos the file ain't very much organized, there are some pages missing and some pages might not be clear!
