My P2 is tomorow im really struggling with the last few parts of -(P2 OCT/NOV 07)
Steps 45-50

45 Produce a new report from all the data which:
• shows a summary of only the Staff and Sales fields
• performs a count of the number of sales made by each member of Staff
• calculates the sum of the Sales for each member of staff.

I really dont get this, can someone briefly help me what to do >.<  :-\

emi:

go to the place where u make the Queries,,

1) choose create Query by wizard
2) in the selected field add the fields required by the Question then click next
3) then choose Summary and then summary options
4) tick mark the box under the SUM and also mark the option at the bottom right side ( below ok and those )  then click ok
5) click next and then add a name and then finish

you are DONE
